Application forms for admission to Nursery & Lower KG [Session 2011-2012] would be available from the school office on 17th August and 18th August 2010 respectively.

The School has been accredited as the British Council International School Award for the Year 2008-11.

Ballygunge Shiksha Sadan strives to create an environment that encourages all round development in the pupils. The school curriculum provides opportunities for the child to achieve academic excellence, to cultivate an interest in the arts and to cultivate sound moral values.

The course of study of each class is tailored to prepare the student for the Madhyamik Examination held at the end of class X and the Uchcha Madhyamik Examination held at the end of class XII. Text books prescribed follow the guidelines set by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination with supplementary texts where needed.
